I recently purchased a vehicle which I would like to restore and I don’t have a garage to store it in, is there something I need to do to make sure I’m in compliance?
Inoperable vehicles are defined, as a vehicle which does not run, does not have a current registration, or insurance, has set for thirty (30) days. To be in compliance with City Ordinance an individual may apply for a vehicle permit at the cost of $25.00 per year. In order to meet the requirements for the permit the individual, must keep the tires inflated, free of debris, secured the vehicle to prevent entry and the vehicle covered with a fitted vehicle cover.
