I’m renting a house, and would like to open my windows for fresh air, however there are no screens on the windows, is there an Ordinance that states that there has to be screens?
Yes there is. If you are using the windows as ventilation then the following applies: From April 1st to November 30th of each year all windows and doors used for ventilation must be supplied with screens, to prevent flies, insects and rodents from entering the premises.
